Patient Forum
Our Patient Participation Forum is a group of patients interested in health and healthcare issues and who want to get involved with and support the running of their GP Practice. Most Patient Participation Groups also include members of practice staff, and meet at regular intervals to decide ways and means of making a positive contribution to the services and facilities offered by the practice.
If you would like to come and give your opinion at our patient participation forum, help to improve our practice and give us feedback from the community and yourself about how we could improve our service then please do not hesitate to contact us.
