Difficulty with sleeping is something that many people struggle with. Medications rarely have a useful role here. Solutions that enable patients to make progress involve learning a bit about sleep and tools that can help. We thought it may be useful for us to share this on here directly with you. Some free apps are available with guided sleep meditation, including ‘Calm’.

Finally something a bit more unusual ‘Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response (ASMR).’ There are various long videos online that often involve someone talking in a sleepy whisper that some people find really helpful.
